This past weekend I was fortunate enough to go to a Pow Wow. It was both beautiful and awe inspiring! Watching some of the dancers just floating in the zone gave me a sense of inner calmness. The children who danced lived the dance…were the dance. They have very strong connections to their heritage, and this was a pleasure to see!
